Our story
Built by people who've worked the shift.
Brigade started where most agencies don't: on the floor. Founded by students who worked in hospitality themselves, we saw the hiring problem from both sides of the pass. Restaurants couldn't find reliable staff, and candidates couldn't find employers who treated them like professionals.
We began informally, helping the restaurants we worked in fill shifts through our own network. Friends who actually showed up. People who stayed past probation.
That network became a system: structured screening, industry-specific vetting, and a working understanding of what hospitality operators need from their people. Today we work with restaurants, hotels, and catering across the Netherlands, and we still treat every placement like our own reputation is on the line.
